Millennium Minneapolis Matterport Scan

Scan Skunks traveled to Minneapolis, MN in July of 2023 to scan a historic hotel now titled the Millennium Minneapolis. In the heart of downtown sits this iconic Art Deco 14-storey hotel. Working with Aimbridge Hospitality, Scan Skunks captured 7 full levels of this hotel along with strategic other room types within the hotel. Working with the staff and security of the hotel, Scan Skunks captured amenities, Back of House area, guestrooms, penthouse, ballrooms, and more. We were on-site for 5 days in total and scanned in excess of 120,000sqft.

Minneapolis LiDAR scanning here was full of it's own challenges including repetitive stairwlls, access to various areas, and off-hours scanning.
